Happy Monday! Favorite YouTube Channel

So......this weather doesn't look like it's going to get in better....in fact, it's about to get much worse. As the saying goes, when it rains it pours, and right now we're all gearing up for yet another hurricane here in North East Florida. Hurricane Milton is the name of this next monster and this one is supposed to be even bigger than Helene. Oh well, such as life as a Floridian, we prepare and we go about our life as if it's just another day. But seriously, hurricane season can hurry up and be done lol

I had another physical therapy session today in the Runner Rehab program! I sadly didn't have time to take any pictures before jetting off to work but it was SO MUCH BETTER than my first session! Get this, last week I ran at 50% of my body weight and definitely felt some stinging and pinching in my injury site so I was a bit discouraged. But today, I ran farther at 60% body weight and felt noticeably stronger and much less pain. I really do think my physical therapy is paying off especially after all the leg work I did at the gym on Saturday. My PT congratulated me for pushing it and said to keep it up because it's definitely going to pay off in the long run....literally!

Alright so for today's topic, I'm supposed to blog about my favorite YouTube Channel. I can actually say that I have a couple that I follow pretty closely so let's dive right into today's topic while my lazy office assistant takes his 12th nap of the day! Excuse the beanbag chair, but this is my upstairs office and MY space lol

Michelle McDaniel
If childfree, dog mom, fitness and anti-fat/obesity content are your thing? Check her out! Her channel used to be called 'My Thoughts Will Probably Offend You' for good reason! I loved her realness and lack of caring at the backlash she would get over hot topics especially those centered around obesity. She like myself, used to have a weight issue, found fitness and fell in love with it and try to live by zero excuse when it comes to weight, diet and lifestyle. She delivers her opinions in a funny, but raw and real way so if you don't have thick skin maybe skip the channel lol but for real, she's seems very cool and doesn't sugar coat a thing when it comes to your body, obesity and her feelings on the body positive/pro-fat movement.

I can honestly say that today was packed and I'm finally taking off for the day and will eat the lunch I made earlier....for dinner! Happy Monday guys.....we survived!
