Weekend Recap

 Alright, let's do that Monday recap of the weekend :) As always, more pictures than commentary! I honestly did not do a heck of a lot, it just felt like it went by way too quickly to be quite honest but at least Monday is almost over with lol 

First up, an early Saturday morning as Matt worked and I had to be up shortly before him. Not for any SOLID reason, but I just needed to have some book reading time before getting ready to go and run the "9K for K9's" in St. Augustine. GREAT race and finished 6th overall female and 1st place in my AG so that was cool :) I won a Chick-fil-a gift card so guess what's for lunch tomorrow when I WFH? :D Lot's of dogs and adoptable animals there that I wanted to take home SO bad lol 

On Sunday I ran 15 miles in the nasty humidity and it honestly went SO much better than I thought it would for this time of year. Got up, did some reading and got it all done. I continued on with my painting project later that afternoon and honestly I would never recommend painting after doing such a long run lol I would have been better off spending the rest of the day on the couch but oh well, shit has to be done and hoping I can get it all finished in time for Mothers Day but we shall see! The evening finished off at Mellow Mushroom and I gladly ate 3 slices of pizza with 0% guilt applied lol
