Weekend Recap!

 Here's a weekend recap! :D 

First up was taking second place in my AG for Run to Sun on Saturday! I set a 21 second course PR from when I did this race last year but I'm still frustrated with my time. I had multiple asthma episodes last week but my rescue inhaler for the first time all week decided to be effective Saturday morning. Training last week sucked though as a result of not being able to breath during my workouts but I'm seeing my doc again in about a week so time to talk about some inhaled steroids once again.  I know I can do better....to be continued...

Next up was some backyard time with the most handsome baby boy that ever lived! I decided backyard time made much more sense than painting. I haven't even picked out paint colors yet since I'm still pinning ideas to my Pinterest boards!

Matt came home Sunday after my beautiful Sunday morning long run on Easter. That sunrise, and some praise music made for a really great resurrection day. 

Have any of my Clay County neighbors tried the new Island Wing? Amazing ending to a great run. We split this, the beer is Matts though because I can't stand beer lol Also.....his arms....my gosh. I still have such a crush on this hunk 🥵 🥵 

We spent the entire afternoon at the neighborhood pool. The weather yesterday was really perfect for some poolside lounging. Lots of sunshine, steady breeze to keep us cool and not a lot of people at the there either. I actually have a nice and noticeable tan line today so on my WFH days this week, I'm sprinting up to the pool the moment I log off so I can continue to work on getting some resemblance of a tan lol I can remember as a teen feeling just devastated that if I worked full time then I wouldn't be able to tan during the day lol oh to be that young and naive again...
